Privacy Policy.

We collect account information such as your email address and name, Azulejo profile data, coffee library/archive entries, tasting and brew activity, settings, Pro preview status, and messages you send to support. Camera OCR is paused for launch; if it is later enabled for an allowlisted account and you upload coffee-bag photos, those images and extracted coffee details may be stored so the app can maintain your library.

Paid Pro subscriptions are not enabled yet. If paid billing opens later, Stripe will process payment details, billing addresses, tax information, receipts, invoices, and subscription status. We will not store full card numbers.

We use your information to provide the product, persist your Azulejo, maintain your library/archive, calculate Free and Pro entitlements, generate recommendations and taste-profile readouts, process support requests, and improve reliability.

We use service providers to run the app, including Clerk for authentication, hosting and storage providers for app infrastructure, and email/support tooling when you contact us. Stripe will be used only if paid billing opens.

Free library/archive items older than 90 days are locked but retained so they can be restored when you upgrade to Pro. We retain account, Azulejo, Pro preview state, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.

You can turn Pro preview on or off from Settings. To request account deletion, data export, or correction, contact support@turtlerockcoffee.app.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the size and stage of the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we aim to keep authentication in Clerk and, if paid billing opens, sensitive payment handling in Stripe.

Turtle Rock Coffee is not intended for children under 13. Do not use the service if you are under 13.

We may update this policy as the product changes. If changes are material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users through the product or by email.
