Terms of Service.

Last updated June 5, 2026. These terms cover Turtle Rock Coffee Tours and the Turtle Rock Coffee app, including optional Pro access if paid billing is enabled later.

Accounts

You need an account to use saved Azulejo, library, archive, and Pro preview features. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.

Turtle Rock Pro

Turtle Rock Pro is currently available as a free preview while paid billing, legal, and tax setup are finalized. Pro preview unlocks recommendations, full library/archive access, and richer taste-profile readouts. Free accounts keep Azulejo data and can view library/archive items for 90 days from each item's created date.

When paid billing opens, pricing and tax terms will be shown before checkout and processed by Stripe. Until then, the Settings toggle is a preview entitlement only and does not create a charge.

Refunds and Cancellations

There are no Pro subscription charges while the preview is active. If paid billing opens later, cancellation terms will be shown before checkout. Tour bookings follow the cancellation terms shown during booking.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the service, scrape it in bulk, or upload unlawful, harmful, or privacy-invasive content.

Coffee Data and Recommendations

Taste readouts and recommendations are informational. Coffee availability, pricing, roaster pages, and product details can change. Use your own judgment before purchasing coffee or relying on a recommendation.

Service Changes

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. If a change materially affects Pro access, we will make a reasonable effort to explain the change through the product or by email.
